It was a thoroughly nail-biting finish to the Men's Open this evening which saw James Stenhouse from KN & Richard Tattersfield from Moseley, both with a Gross 70, going out for a playoff in the most awful rain of the day to decide on the winner of the Gross Trophy!

After braving the weather, Richard narrowly beat James, coming first, with James as the runner up. Huge congratulations go to both players on such a terrific score in such challenging conditions today. Players are only allowed one prize in one of the competitions so although Greg Harvey was third in the Gross Competition he also won the Div 1 Nett so Luke Rogers took third place in the Gross.
